BR 2-17: Starry Sky

I chose “Starry Sky” this time because the illustration was caught my eye when I found the book. There are a lot of stars in the book cover. It looked beautiful. I like the shape of star very much because it is cute. This story is about constellations. There are a lot of things I learned. So I will tell you about it now. The most interesting line is “there are 88 named constellations.”(Kate,2006,p.8) I didn’t know that at first, so I was surprised at the number. Some are named after animals, birds and fish. Others have the names of people and creatures from legends. I think the history of constellation is interesting. My constellation is Scorpio. It is constellation of summer. But I have never seen it before. So I want to see it someday.
